These global days, one of the most importance things to have, is a good, solid and reliable network. A network that you are able to draw resources from, a network who you can trus, no matter in what situation you are.
Finding such a network can be tough work, but it is a skill you can use and will need in any position.
When you’re searching members foryour network, we think it is important to have a picture of how your network should look like. Do you need a lot of people within your field, or do you need people from other fields? Such thoughts are important to consider before you start to collect “friends”…

Many have got an idea, developed the idea and launched it. Everybody can do that, and when they launch their idea they automatically become a leader of something (usually). One would probably ask, “yes? and, what’s wrong about that?”
Nothing is wrong, except the fact that many of those idea-makers aren’t great leaders. Therefore it is important to study leadership! Leadership is an art, he/she has to seed interest for his/her idea among employees. Happy passionate employees are the greatest employees, remember that!
