Many have got an idea, developed the idea and launched it. Everybody can do that, and when they launch their idea they automatically become a leader of something (usually). One would probably ask, “yes? and, what’s wrong about that?”
Nothing is wrong, except the fact that many of those idea-makers aren’t great leaders. Therefore it is important to study leadership! Leadership is an art, he/she has to seed interest for his/her idea among employees. Happy passionate employees are the greatest employees, remember that!
